Do note that this is a pre-concept of how the event is going to be set up before the actual day itself
This is my co-create work with another colleague of mine during my one month internship last year, December 2023. My team and I was assigned to work out on a visualization of how the pop booth is going to look like, including the exterior of the box and to provide more design ideas for it.
Fun fact: I was also involved in the planning alongside with a team of event planners for this Pre-Concert Taylor Swift event held on Early March 2024. I hope you also enjoyed the other activities that we also planned out for you at Singapore Sports Hub :)
With the help of the other event management team, they also finalized designs of the Chest. Initially, this was supposed to be for Ed Sheeran's theme. So, my team's job is to provide a new 3D mock up of how it will look like on the outside and replace it with Taylor Swift song lyrics like "Blank Space" song by her. Then, we are also tasked to provide more design ideas for the exterior as well as it looks too plain. So my team went to do some research
Here, I used Autodesk Maya to 3D model the event area, crafting a detailed view of the POP booth box from all angles. Collaborating with my colleague, we created a UV map for easy exterior texture application. Our plan is to showcase iconic Taylor Swift song lyrics researched by my team on the textured surface.
This blend of tech and creativity captures the envisioned setup in a visually appealing way. I also annotated where the glass pane is and how the door should positioned at the entrance of the box.

Finally, here is the completed exterior decoration of the box, fully rendered in Blender by my colleague as she is also an expert in rendering and texturing. This is our final result.
